Global Warming Protest Frozen Out by Massive Snowfall

Wednesday, March 4th, 2009

According to many sources including FoxNews.com:

“Global warming activists stormed Washington Monday for what was billed as the nation’s largest act of civil disobedience to fight climate change — only to see the nation’s capital virtually shut down by a major winter storm.

Schools and businesses were shuttered, lawmakers cancelled numerous appearances and the city came to a virtual standstill as Washington was blasted with its heaviest snowfall of the winter.

The snowy scene, with temperatures in the mid-20s, was reminiscent of a day in January 2004, when Al Gore made a major address on global warming in New York — on one of the coldest days in the city’s history.”

When will the climate change crowd acknowledge that global temperatures have been on the decline for 10 years now. Climate changes without the help or hinderance of man.

Rapid changes in planetary climates - on Mars.

Monday, May 28th, 2007

Well, climate change has now hit Mars.   It’s not the dreaded SUV that is the cause or even the methane produced by cows.   It turns out, get this, that the sun is responsible.  Who would have figured?

The Sunday Times of London writes “Scientists from Nasa say that Mars has warmed by about 0.5C since the 1970s. This is similar to the warming experienced on Earth over approximately the same period.

Since there is no known life on Mars it suggests rapid changes in planetary climates could be natural phenomena.”

Seems like something we should be looking into.
