June snow storm of 8 inches cause travel problems in Wyoming

The Jackson Hole Star Tribune reports “Up to 8 inches of snow fell in the Big Horn Mountains in northern Wyoming and forced highway officials to close a section of U.S. 14A between Burgess Junction and Lovell.”

Tell the people of Jackson Hole that global warming is real. The 8 inches of snow is not. Go on, tell them…

12 cents a litre at pump will avert environmental “catastrophe.”

TheStar.com from Canada reports “The Green party wants Canadian drivers to pay an extra 12 cents a litre at the gas pumps as the price of averting environmental catastrophe.”

“Leader Elizabeth May is boasting that her party is the only one politically brave enough to call for carbon taxes that would discourage automobile use.”

That’s pretty brave indeed.

Four inches of hail bruises the Denver metro area
